Famalco Group’s decision to implement a string of exciting changes into Malta’s largest circulated lifestyle magazine; VIDA, has been vindicated following a surge of positive feedback and excitement subsequent to the release of the first 2019 issue earlier this year.
Published under Focused Knowledge Ltd (FKL), the creative and communications agency within Famalco Group, VIDA saw an entire design overhaul, evolving the traditional lifestyle magazine format to include a series of professionally written segments on lifestyle, photography, how-to guides, travel stories, experiences related to beauty and fashion tips and trends, interviews with interesting personalities, sports columns, food recipes, health tips and general information. The magazine has also become home to incredible competitions, giving readers the chance a win unimaginable prizes, such as the ongoing partnership between SsangYong and Domino’s offering a free new SsangYong Tivoli!
The magazine’s first issue of 2019, distributed in March, featured these changes in content as well an overall aesthetic change to its design, with an estimate of around 80,000 copies circulated to the households all around the Maltese Islands. The increase in distribution has helped make the magazine more accessible to the public, allowing more readers and supports of VIDA to easily get their hands on a copy.
The VIDA lifestyle magazine project is an ongoing one, with plans to release new exciting issues every quarter. The second issue of the revamped magazine is set for distribution in June, with two more 2019 issues in September and December.
