ACCREDITED TECHNICAL TRAINING AT HARLEY DAVIDSON UNIVERSITY

During the first two weeks of January 2015, Harley-Davidson Technician Chris Borg, participated in instructor led courses at the Harley-Davidson University in Birmingham, UK.  The courses covered the new XG750 Street model, electrical diagnostics and also general vehicle and chassis service.  Chris not only did himself and Fapi Motors proud by achieving the highest marks in the assessments, but also was commended by the tutors as one of the most trained technicians on Harley-Davidson in the region.  In fact, during 2014, Chris clocked in some 45 specialist online courses, putting him on the way to achieve his third level out of five of technician recognition from H-D.  This was also an opportunity for Chris to network with fellow colleagues from other dealerships and share experiences.  We congratulate Chris on his achievements and together we set the primary objective for 2015 of having a first class workshop offering top notch customer service.
