ANOTHER FILM PRODUCTION CHOOSES FAHRENHEIT

Fahrenheit Film Production

Marilyn Productions contracted Fahrenheit Freight Forwarders for the transport and logistics services required during the filming of its upcoming movie, ‘The Fisherman’, which started in Malta last month.

The French film production company is not the first of its kind to choose Famalco Group’s international transport and logistics company for its services. Less than a year ago Fahrenheit coordinated the transport requirements during the filming of ‘Moby Dick’, a British mini-TV series starring Ethan Hawke.

Fahrenheit’s logistics department started working with Marilyn Productions in the beginning of September, when air freight services were required to bring the film’s costumes from Belgium. Subsequently, Fahrenheit also coordinated the airfreight of cameras, lighting and sound equipment. The cargo also included three live pigs, to be used in the filming.

Once the filming in Malta is over, Fahrenheit will be making sure that all equipment (and the four-legged actors) get to the next filming location in the shortest time possible. In the meantime, the company is providing express airfreight services to take the film rushes to Marilyn Productions’ studio for processing at the end of each day of filming.

About the film…

The Fisherman’ is popular novelist Sylvain Estibal’s debut in the director’s seat. The cast includes Sassan Gabai, mostly known for his part in the 1988 movie ‘Rambo III’.
