The property development and management division of Famalco is handled by Fulani Properties established in 2004 and operates in the residential, hospitality, retail and leisure industries. It manages the vast property portfolio of Famalco down to the day-to-day running of their operations.
Fertile land in the limits of Rabat at Ta’ Brettel was developed for the cultivation of niche vines back in 2006. Today, these 29.7 tumoli produce grapes of optimum quality for the delight of local and foreign sommeliers while respecting the biodiversity of the area.
