On Friday 26^th February 2016, CENTURY 21 Malta announced the signing of a franchise agreement between Century 21’s local Master Franchiser Hermann Mallia and Yorick and Iannis Bonnici of Y Projects Ltd, owners of the new CENTURY 21 franchise office situated in Sliema. Operating under the licensed name of CENTURY 21 Fortizza, the Sliema office is located at the Sliema Front at 126B Tower Road opposite Sliema Waterpolo Pitch.

During the signing of the agreement with the new franchise owners Hermann Mallia, Master Franchisor of CENTURY 21 Malta, confirmed the company’s commitment for further expansion of the global brand in the local market. He emphasized that “the opening of the Tower Road branch is an important milestone for CENTURY 21 Malta and demonstrates the company’s commitment to fulfill its vision of becoming a top player in the local real estate industry.” He also augured Yorick, Iannis and the Sliema team success in their new venture.

The ceremony that officially marked the opening of CENTURY 21 Fortizza was held on site a few days later and was attended by a number of representatives from CENTURY 21 Malta including local C21 Franchise Sales Manager, Frank Borg. The new office, which opened its doors on the 1st March, offers a full range of real estate services, and will maintain a sharp focus on local property sales and lettings. “CENTURY 21 Fortizza has landed in Sliema”, commented a beaming Yorick Bonnici at the ribbon cutting ceremony. “Now that our doors are open for business we are set to leverage the global stature and working structures of the CENTURY 21 brand to offer high quality service to our customers.” Yorick and his brother Iannis further commented that the hot-desk system that is set up in their office allows for growth and expansion.
