Famalco Group prioritises the well-being of its employees and values the importance of productively co-existing with the people you spend the majority of your day within inside an office. With an understanding that building strong relationships during working hours is not entirely possible due to the work that needs to be done, Famalco provides its team with monthly team building events as a way for the group to get to know each other outside of a working environment. This win-win situation both enables them to get to know each other better, while at the same time providing the group with a team that works well together and is therefore more efficient. For the peak of the summer season, Famalco could think of no better way of building the team’s relationships than to meet up for the annual summer BBQ that they host.

On the 29^th of July, employees of the Famalco Group met up at the Olive Gardens in Imdina, where they spent hours enjoying the good food and even better company of their co-workers. Photobooths were available and the open bar just served to create a more relaxing atmosphere. It was also an opportunity for the Group to celebrate the birthday of one of the Company’s three directors; gifts on behalf of the whole group were presented after the cake was cut.
