Century 21 recently organized a franchise sales training program in Lisbon, Portugal between the 17^th and 18^th September 2015. Conducted by internationally renowned industry expert Mark Friend, the training programme was attended by Franchise Sales Managers from Portugal, Spain, the Canary Islands and Malta. The objectives of the programme were to improve the knowledge and skills of the Franchise Sales Consultants in order to be more proactive in the market and to leverage the lessons learnt during the Century 21 Masters meeting that took place two days before in Madrid, Spain. Mr. Frank Borg represented Century 21 Malta in his capacity as local Franchise Development Manager.
