COLDWELL BANKER MALTA STEPPING UP ITS EFFORTS

The commitment to providing a professional and superior service to customers stems from the ability to support sales and letting associates with the right tools and training needed to meet this challenge.  In this light, Coldwell Banker Malta has just engaged a full-time experienced in-house Coaching, Training and Franchise Sales Manager. Mr. Mark Ellul, who has extensive experience in international franchising  and in real estate services training will be dedicated to training and inspiring sales and letting associates to perform at the best of their potential. Mr. Ellul will also be serving as a brand ambassador in relation to prospect franchisees who may be interested in joining the Coldwell Banker Malta network.  Mr. Ellul is being supported at the Head Office by Mr Russell Schembri and Mr Melvin Pellicano who oversee the whole operation, including compliance with brand policies and procedures.

Coldwell Banker Paramount Realty has also undergone a number of interesting developments in recent months.

Mr. Roger Cali, a seasoned real estate services professional, is now serving as Branch Manager at Coldwell Banker Paramount Realty’s branch in Triq il-Pitkali, Attard.

Together with the new property consultants, the team in Attard will be fully committed towards providing customers in Malta with a level of service and brand experience which only an international industry leader can provide.  The Attard office was also recently given a facelift and a complete internal renovation to ensure that the brand experience is delivered in the best way possible.
